About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to take on a key role in our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  2. Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  4. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  5. Prepare and present project reports, including financial and progress updates.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a similar role.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
