About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our Abingdon Branch team as an Estate Agent within our sales department. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client requirements, and matching those to our property portfolio. You will also need to have a polite and confident telephone manner and be able to communicate details effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Identify client needs and match those to our property portfolio, ensuring a seamless sales experience
  • Utilize effective communication skills to provide detailed information to clients and colleagues
  • Manage time efficiently to maximize appointment and activity levels
  • Participate in relevant training courses to enhance knowledge and improve performance

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and customer service experience
  • Target-driven and tenacious individual with a passion for sales and customer service
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual with high standards of service and presentation
  • Good organizational skills and a drive to be the top performer
  • Full driving license and vehicle ownership for business use
  • Legal right to work in the UK

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability may be required

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (required)
  • Sales Environment: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Drivers License (required)
  • Right to work in the UK or Work Visa without sponsorship (required)
