This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our Abingdon Branch sales team at Chancellors, a highly successful and expanding Estate Agency.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Estate Agent to join our team, who is eager to learn and grow with us. As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client requirements, and matching those to our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local property market and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  2. Provide exceptional client service and ensure that clients receive a high level of care and attention.
  3. Work effectively within a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the branch.
  4. Attend training courses and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.

What We Offer:

  1. A competitive salary and uncapped OTE opportunities ranging through to £25,000-£35,000 with additional bonus incentives.

Requirements:

  1. Previous sales and customer service experience.
  2. Target driven and tenacious with a drive to be the top of every league table.
  3. Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate effectively with clients.
  4. Motivated and enthusiastic at all times with high standards of service and presentation.
  5. Good organisational skills and a drive to succeed.
