Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financial Systems Analyst to join our team at Peaple Talent. As a key member of our Finance Systems Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality system reports, analysis, and support to ensure business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with finance teams to deliver system reports, analysis, and support for Oracle Cloud Fusion system.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents and defects related to Oracle EBS modules and connected systems to the Finance domain.
  • Work with 3rd Party support partners to resolve issues using their ticket portals.
  • Highlight major impacting issues to the Oracle Support Manager to ensure business impact is managed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to end users.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Financial modules (4+ years of experience).
  • Oracle certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service.
  • Understanding of accounting and month-end processes.
  • Ability to liaise comfortably with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to translate end-user requests into system requests.
  • Operationally focused and confident in working within a busy environment.

What We Offer

  • £500 outside IR35.
  • 1 day a week in a flexible work arrangement.
  • 3 months contract with potential for extension.
