Global Business Development Manager

Our client, a leading wholesale distributor of British food and drink brands, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales growth in the EMEA region. As a key member of the UF International team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that exceeds targets and expands the company's presence in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales budgets for the EMEA territory and manage key accounts to ensure growth in line with company strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, prioritizing accounts based on potential sales value, profitability, and probability of success.
- Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and regularly review account performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Travel internationally to deliver sales strategy and exceed sales and margin targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing export accounts, preferably in the EMEA region.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Able to travel overseas when required.
