Position Overview:
Pertemps Medical Professionals is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Senior Adult Psychiatrist to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients in a mixed acute ward setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid GMC Licence to Practice
- Eligibility to work in the UK with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience
- Essential qualifications include Section 12 approval, MRCPsych, and AC Status
Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of 8 patients within a 16-bed mixed acute ward. This part-time position requires a commitment of 2 days per week.
Compliance and Documentation:
- DBS/PVG verification
- Occupational Health Clearance, including proof of immunity to Hepatitis B, Measles, and Rubella
- Right to work documentation – Passport or Visa
- Completion of Mandatory Training
- Verification of Qualification Certificates
