About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Gloucester Denmark Road Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and education to our children.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
- Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and welcoming environment for all children and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided to our children.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a passion for childcare and education. You will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner. You will be a strong leader who can motivate and inspire our staff to deliver exceptional care and education.
