About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Gloucester Denmark Road Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.
- Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives and improve the overall quality of the nursery.
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of childcare and education provided by the nursery.
Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
