Reports to: Lead Project Manager

Role Overview:

The role involves overseeing the safe execution of multiple concurrent projects across various Integral UK Ltd sites. You will ensure that all projects adhere to the high standards set by Integral & Rolls Royce regarding health, safety, quality, cost, and schedule, while complying with current CDM legislation as a Principal Contractor. This includes adherence to MS18 and CS06 standards. A qualification in a relevant trade such as mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, building fabric, or roofing is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of projects valued between £50k to £15m across multiple sites.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with the NEC3 Framework Contract and meets the agreed timelines.
  • Provide leadership in health and safety to site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, promoting a culture of safety and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the project risk management process, establishing effective controls for safe and timely project delivery.
  • Take a proactive role in the development and management of quotations and estimates.
  • Foster and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to uphold the company's reputation.
  • Offer coaching and mentoring to team members and trainees.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Design Manager to ensure practical and economically viable designs.
  • Identify and support project opportunities to enhance commercial performance.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure compliance with MS18, CS06, and the current delivery plan.
  • Ensure contract delivery meets the highest quality standards in line with relevant British Standards and Rolls Royce standards.
  • Guarantee projects are completed without defects.
  • Ensure that all post-completion deliverables, such as final accounts and Operation & Maintenance information, are provided within the agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or building services sectors.
  • Experience working in occupied buildings or campuses.
  • Familiarity with NEC3 Contracts.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations across multiple sites.
  • Experience in preparing quotations and estimates.
  • Ability to understand customer business requirements.
  • Relevant construction-related qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent).
  • Certifications such as SMSTS, JIB/BESA, CSCS Card, and First Aid.
  • Proficient in IT software, including MS Office and quality assurance software.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
