Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be accountable for the secure execution of a range of simultaneous projects across various Integral UK Ltd sites. This role demands adherence to Integral & Rolls Royce's benchmarks concerning health, safety, quality, budget, and schedule, while fulfilling the obligations of a Principal Contractor under current CDM regulations. Compliance with MS18 and CS06 standards is essential. A qualification in a relevant field such as mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, building fabric, or roofing is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project execution with values ranging from £50k to £15m across multiple sites. Ensure project management aligns with the NEC3 Framework Contract and is delivered within the agreed timeline. Provide health and safety leadership to site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, promoting a culture of safety and compliance with company policies. Support the project risk management process, establishing effective controls for timely and safe project delivery. Take a proactive role in the preparation and management of project quotations and estimates. Foster and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to uphold the company's reputation. Offer coaching and development support to team members and trainees. Collaborate closely with the Senior Design Manager to ensure practical and economically viable designs. Identify and support project opportunities to enhance commercial performance. Coordinate with project managers to ensure compliance with MS18, CS06, and current delivery schedules. Strengthen contract delivery to maintain high-quality standards in line with project timelines and relevant regulations. Ensure projects are completed without defects or outstanding issues. Deliver post-completion documentation, including final accounts and Operation & Maintenance information, within agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or building services sectors. Familiarity with managing projects in occupied buildings or campuses. Proficient in NEC3 Contracts. Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations across multiple sites. Experience in preparing quotations and estimates. Strong understanding of customer business requirements. Relevant construction-related qualifications (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent). Certifications such as SMSTS, JIB/BESA, CSCS Card, and First Aid. Competent in using IT software packages, including MS Office and quality assurance tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks. Commitment to delivering high-quality service with reliability and flexibility.
