Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and patient Teaching Assistant to join our team at LTF Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a well-equipped Resource Hub
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide a positive learning environment
  • Assist with lesson planning and implementation to meet the needs of students with SEN
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Ability to work calmly and patiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team
