Are you meticulous and possess outstanding administrative capabilities, especially in Excel? We are in search of a committed Administrative Operations Coordinator to enhance our expanding operations. Primary Duties:
- Deliver administrative assistance to the operations division
- Oversee and refresh operational databases and spreadsheets utilizing Excel
- Support scheduling, data entry, and document preparation tasks
- Collaborate with various departments to guarantee efficient workflow
- Manage general office responsibilities such as filing, copying, and handling phone inquiries
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative positions, with advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
