About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our Governance and Corporate Services team at the South Yorkshire Pension Authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive business support to the Governance and Corporate Services Team, including administrative tasks, diary management, and travel arrangements.
  • Support the team with policy, compliance, and information governance work, including coordination of meetings and events.
  • Assist with purchasing arrangements, data management, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education to Level 3 qualification standard or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Competence in a range of IT applications, including Microsoft Office and other software relevant to the role.
