Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Document Controller Assistant to support our Regional Document Controller in our Central Region. This is a full-time position, working 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with project teams to ensure effective drawing system management.
- Assist the Regional Document Controller with the management of the drawing system, including Viewpoint for Projects.
- Collaborate with the Group Digital Construction Team to ensure compliance with the BIM Management System.
- Perform QA checks, including chasing up amended drawings when rejections are made.
- Invite new users to the 4P system and provide guidance on using Viewpoint for Projects and resolving issues.
- Conduct audits on drawing numbers and Viewpoint for Projects status, including daily checks for S4s.
- Assist with the management of SCCAs and PEPs/BEPs.
- Cover for the Regional Document Controller and assist other administrative staff when workloads require.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- A people person, confident and enthusiastic with a good sense of humour.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Microsoft Office skills essential, especially Word & Excel.
- Good time-keeping.
- Full driving licence.
