Key Responsibilities- Business Partnering: Work closely with senior leaders to coach, develop, and upskill them on day-to-day employee issues such as absence, learning and development, succession planning, and talent management.
- HR Team Management: Develop and manage a small HR team, overseeing their day-to-day workload and supporting their development and growth.
- Employee Relations: Advise managers on employee relations issues, manage absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and proactively coach managers on performance management processes.
- Learning and Development: Provide guidance to management on learning and development for their teams, implementing a training and development agenda, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the whole recruitment process, ensuring a great candidate experience through the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage all compensation and benefit activities, including participation in salary and benefit surveys, benefit reviews, and benefit updates.
- Payroll Management: Work with the outsourced 3rd party payroll provider to ensure a smooth and timely payroll process.
- Policies and Procedures: Update all policies, handbooks, procedures, and processes, ensuring they are up to date and in line with current employment law and best practice.
- Global Change and OD: Support with global change and organizational development projects.
- Previous experience of managing HRBP's and a 'can-do' approach to payroll.
- A mix of operational and strategic background with a client group that has a blend of corporate/head office and blue-collar production/manufacturing people.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and juggle various projects.
- Experience of working in a commercial manufacturing business and supporting employees in the Nordics would be advantageous.
A competitive salary between £80-90k, car allowance, and benefits package.
