About the Role
SPE Travelers Management, LTD is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Strategic Planning and Execution team in London. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with colleagues, Product Owners, and Project Managers to deliver business solutions that meet our company's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, understand, and communicate business requirements to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Develop technical specifications aligned with third-party needs to drive business growth
- Document business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Analyze operational issues to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and drive business value
- Identify and track benefits to measure business impact
- Assist in delivering project deliverables to meet business objectives
- Liaise with project manager on project plans to ensure successful project execution
Requirements
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Rally, Jira)
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle to drive business solutions
- Experience in commercial or syndicate insurance to understand business needs
- Understanding of third-party SaaS systems to drive business growth
- ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis or related modules to demonstrate expertise
