If you're interested in healthcare and technology, and want to start a career as a teaching technician, we invite you to join our team. As a Technician Apprentice, you'll provide technical support to various programs, including Nursing, Paramedic Practice, and Diagnostic Radiography, across our Lancaster campus.

Through our technical apprenticeship training program, you'll be enrolled in the Level 3 Higher Education Assistant Technician course, offered by CSR Scientific Training Group, and delivered online. You'll also receive IOSH Working Safely qualification and mentorship from senior technicians. Upon successful completion, you'll gain the skills to pursue a successful career as a teaching technician in the HE sector and may have the opportunity to continue working with us permanently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to various healthcare programs
  • Assist in the maintenance and operation of clinical skills laboratories
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and other team members
