About the Role

Ferreira Young Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our Leadership and Succession Planning team in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Managing Director and contribute to the smooth running of our assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Facilitate the assessment process, manage client and candidate relationships, and create high-quality documentation.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate logistics, including interviews, meetings, and travel arrangements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Database Management: Update client and candidate information, record meeting notes, and generate reports using our bespoke database.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and respect.
  • Documentation and Communication: Produce accurate and complete documents, presentations, and reports, and ensure exceptional attention to detail.
  • Expense Management: Submit accurate expense reports on time and in compliance with company policy.
  • General Support: Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A-level qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a corporate environment, with a focus on project management and administrative support.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
