Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Facilitate the assessment process, manage client and candidate relationships, and create high-quality documentation.
- Diary Management: Coordinate logistics, including interviews, meetings, and travel arrangements, and maintain accurate records.
- Database Management: Update client and candidate information, record meeting notes, and generate reports using our bespoke database.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and respect.
- Documentation and Communication: Produce accurate and complete documents, presentations, and reports, and ensure exceptional attention to detail.
- Expense Management: Submit accurate expense reports on time and in compliance with company policy.
- General Support: Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- Qualifications: A-level qualification or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a corporate environment, with a focus on project management and administrative support.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
