  • Ensure stores adhere to all KIKO standards and procedures, maintaining a high level of compliance.
  • Guarantee adherence to store procedures, as outlined in the KIKO STORE BOOK.
  • Execute the promotional calendar, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Verify that all operational procedures are followed, and the store remains compliant with corporate policies.
  • Regularly review and address any issues or concerns with the Store Manager, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience in a similar field (Beauty or Fashion).
  • Knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products.
  • Strong customer service skills.
