About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing specialist support to individuals, encouraging independence, and promoting their overall well-being. You will work closely with the team to ensure the safety and happiness of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals to make their own choices and decisions
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of service users
  • Follow care plans and provide personal care as needed
  • Take service users on outings and activities in the community
  • Participate in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips
Requirements
  • No experience is required, but a caring and patient nature is essential
  • Must be resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Drivers are essential due to the location
  • Candidates must be happy to provide personal care
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £26,477 - £26,926 (including sleeps) + plenty of overtime available
  • Full-time hours per week + 1 sleep per week
  • Permanent contract with a variety of shifts, including optional sleeps and weekends
  • Opportunity to complete professional qualifications - fully funded
