Customers rely on Gopuff for their essential needs at any hour, and we are building a team of innovative thinkers ready to redefine the retail landscape swiftly. Your Responsibilities:
  • Sort and package products for customer delivery
  • Receive inventory from suppliers, ensuring accurate counts align with purchase orders and addressing any discrepancies
  • Manage stock levels and reorganize returned items
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse
  • Oversee waste management and spoilage, adhering to FIFO practices
  • Communicate with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock products
Your Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Flexible availability during peak hours, particularly from 5 PM to 2 AM
  • Basic proficiency in web-based software applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. consistently
