About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Analyst III to join our team in London. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for helping to run multiple change initiatives across our Operations teams in London and Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on input and challenge during the problem statement articulation, planning, and execution phases of assigned change initiatives.
- Develop, collaborate, and execute change delivery activities that align to our Global Operations and Business Services Operational and Risk & Control frameworks.
- Represent the Operational teams during workstream meetings and advocate for Global Operations' requirements and goals.
- Execute assigned portfolios of Strategic Change Programs by working closely with key stakeholders and program managers, address issues with speed and purpose, and ensure delivery of project activities within agreed timelines.
- Apply industry knowledge to challenge the status quo, identify, and frame future change opportunities.
- Facilitate communications with all stakeholders, in particular Global Operations and Business Services teams and our Front Office, Technology, and Control partners.
- Identify gaps and offer creative solutions to operational processes to drive revenue, reduce risk, improve client satisfaction.
- Influence various stakeholders and bring consensus on goals, plans, and resolution of issues.
- Build strong relationships and work collaboratively within Global Operations and Business Services team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working within Capital Market Operations.
- Working knowledge of the full end-to-end life cycle of at least 1 of the following products: Commodities, FX, Derivatives, or Fixed Income.
- Strong prioritization and organization skills, ability to organize and manage multiple streams of work.
- Sound analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and 'think outside of the box'.
- Highly motivated individual with a proven track record to deliver results.
- Ability to work with a high degree of urgency and translate that urgency to working group members and project partners.
- Confident with strong communication skills and an ability to articulate complex issues in a concise manner.
