Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Analyst III to join our team at TD Bank - London Branch. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day application/system support to ensure high availability and minimal downtime
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule and implement changes to applications and systems
  • Monitor system lifecycles and ensure specifications and functionality support business objectives
  • Participate in resolving client applications/system issues and provide effective communication to clients
  • Support the design, review, and integration of all application requirements
  • Identify and address application and data issues that affect application integrity
  • Consult with other functional areas to provide technical expertise on area of specialization
  • Participate in projects aimed at evolving the base infrastructure, deploying new technologies, or optimizing the operational environment
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • 2-3 years relevant experience
