About the Role:

We are a market leader in the manufacture of professional coffee machines, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our Field Service Engineering team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Installing, commissioning, and setting up commercial coffee equipment
  • Performing pre-planned preventative maintenance services
  • Attending reactive breakdowns and call-outs
  • Providing operator training on the operation and cleaning of coffee equipment
  • Managing spare parts stock holding in your service van

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for individuals with strong electro-mechanical knowledge and a professional attitude. You should have:

  • Relevant industry experience on bean-to-cup coffee equipment (desired but not essential)
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Initiative, motivation, and focus
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence
