Position Overview

Intelligencia Training is seeking a knowledgeable Quality Assurance Administrator (IQA) to enhance our operations within the educational sector. This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience as assessors or IQAs who possess a solid understanding of funded apprenticeship programs and are eager to deepen their knowledge of compliance and ESFA regulations. The role involves meticulous data entry and thorough examination of documentation.

The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of apprenticeship standards and will be adept at planning and documenting the learner journey, including conducting comprehensive learner progress reviews. Previous experience in the education sector is a prerequisite for consideration.

While training will be provided on our management information system (PICS), it is crucial that the candidate can collaborate effectively within a team to meet deadlines, execute tasks systematically, and maintain a keen attention to detail to accurately report quality assurance findings.

This position is office-based and will involve supporting the Director of Quality and Compliance in preparation for Ofsted inspections and external audit arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tripartite learner progress reviews with learners and their supervisors to ensure that individual learning objectives are clearly defined and accurately documented.
  • Perform monthly audits to verify that all documentation complies with ESFA standards.
  • Execute quality assurance audits to ensure that the learner's journey is effectively tracked from the beginning to the conclusion of their program.

This is a full-time office-based role.

Compensation: Starting salary of £26,500 per annum, increasing to £27,500 per annum upon successful completion of the probation period (typically 6 months).
