Mammography Advanced Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Mammography Advanced Practitioner to join our team at an excellent Breast Imaging Service in Wigan. This is a fantastic chance to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide intervention cover in breast assessment and breast symptomatic clinics
  • Perform 14G breast biopsies, 10G VAB, and localisation procedures such as magseeds/hook wire procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate certificate in Mammography
  • Postgraduate module in X-Ray Guided Breast Interventional Biopsy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
