We are seeking a talented UX Designer to play a key role in our UX Team, responsible for creating innovative and user-centered designs for our award-winning platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design projects from initial research to final implementation.
  • Translate concepts into tangible design assets, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Oversee iterative design processes, making data-driven decisions and refining designs based on user feedback and testing.
  • Contribute to design systems, working within established guidelines or developing new ones.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including developers, marketers, and content strategists.
  • Advocate for UX within the wider business, identifying opportunities to showcase UX through blog posts, workshops, and other initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Contribute to the UX Collective.
About You:
  • Naturally creative and able to think outside the box.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a UX role.
  • Proficiency in prototyping software (Figma, XD, etc.).
  • Expertise in User-Centered Design.
  • Understanding of Visual Design Principles.
  • Accessibility expertise.
  • Knowledge of current UX/UI trends.
  • Adaptable and keen to learn.
  • Naturally inquisitive and self-motivated.
