We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our award-winning platforms. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading design projects, creating wireframes and prototypes, and managing design iterations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects from initial research to final implementation.
  • Translate concepts into tangible design assets, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Oversee the iterative design process, making data-driven decisions and refining designs based on user feedback and testing.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring a unified approach to product development.
  • Advocate for UX in the wider business, identifying opportunities to showcase UX through blog posts, workshops, and other initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
About You

We are looking for a naturally creative individual with a passion for user-centred design. You should have a solid understanding of visual design principles, current UX/UI trends, and prototyping software.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a UX role.
  • Expertise in user-centred design and visual design principles.
  • Knowledge of current UX/UI trends and prototyping software.
