Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design projects from initial research to final implementation.

  • Oversee iterative design processes, making data-driven decisions and refining designs based on user feedback and testing.
  • Contribute to design systems, working within established guidelines or developing new ones.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring a unified approach to product development.
  • Advocate for UX within the wider business, showcasing UX through blog posts, talks, and workshops.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
About You:
  • Naturally creative and passionate about user-centered design.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a UX role.
  • Strong prototyping software skills (Figma, XD, etc.).
  • Expertise in user-centered design principles.
  • Understanding of visual design principles and current UX/UI trends.
