Inclusion and Behaviour Support Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour and Inclusion Officer to join our team at United Learning. As a Behaviour and Inclusion Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting vulnerable and challenging students, and their families, in mainstream school life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders to identify and address the needs of students who require additional support.
- Provide individualised support to students who are struggling with behaviour, using evidence-based interventions and strategies.
- Work closely with families and carers to develop and implement behaviour plans that meet the needs of students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide behaviour policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Excellent behaviour management and an inclusive ethos, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and approaches.
- Drive and determination to make a positive impact on student outcomes.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with best practice in behaviour support.
