Job Summary:

As a Customer Delivery Driver at the John Lewis Partnership, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our customers in and around Central London. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, demonstrating flexibility and integrity, while being legally compliant in your duties.

This is a unique Partnership experience that locates you in a purpose-built site that is closed to the public, with bespoke equipment to maximize your ability to deliver market-leading service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to our customers in Central London with exceptional customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with our customers, demonstrating flexibility and integrity.
  • Be legally compliant in your duties and represent the John Lewis Partnership with every customer interaction.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence, with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends.
