Job Title: Customer Delivery Driver

At the John Lewis Partnership, we're seeking a skilled and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at Waitrose & Partners. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers in and around Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, demonstrating flexibility and integrity in all interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence, with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift crates and deliver goods to customers.
