Job Title: Customer Delivery Driver

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to join our team at the John Lewis Partnership.

About the Role:

As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers in and around Central London. You will be the face of our business, representing us with every customer interaction, and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to customers in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Meet or exceed delivery targets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods

Requirements:

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence, with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift crates and deliver goods to customers
