About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Governance Professional to join our dynamic team at G2 Legal. As an Assistant Company Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to our Boards and Committees, ensuring the seamless execution of meetings and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Support: Attend and minute internal and external board and committee meetings, ensuring accurate and timely recording of discussions and decisions.
- Logistics Management: Arrange travel and accommodation for board meetings, ensuring seamless execution of logistics.
- Corporate Governance Projects: Support the development and implementation of corporate governance projects, including annual reports and director onboarding.
- Statutory Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, preferably with a Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) qualification.
- Skills: Excellent minuting and communication skills, proficiency with Boardbook Portal (Diligent or similar).
Working Arrangements:
We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
