Corporate Governance Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team at G2 Legal. As a key member of our governance services team, you will provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and corporate governance to our listed plc clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead governance services for listed plc clients, ensuring adherence to best practice.
  • Offer expert guidance on regulatory compliance and corporate governance, helping clients meet their obligations.
  • Mentor junior team members and manage client onboarding, billing, and regulatory filings.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and plc regulations.
  • Solid experience in a company secretarial role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality governance services.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
