E-commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Executive to join our team at McCormick UK Limited. As a key member of our commercial function, you will play a critical role in driving our e-commerce strategy across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute E-commerce Strategy: Collaborate with our eCommerce Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for Amazon across EMEA, driving revenue growth and improving customer experience.
- Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services, and driving long-term business growth.
- Forecast and Manage Demand: Analyze and forecast demand fluctuations across EMEA, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stockouts.
- Utilize Data and Analytics: Leverage data and analytics to inform e-commerce strategy, drive category performance, and optimize product sell-through.
- Drive On-Site Visibility: Implement SEO, digital shelf best practices, and paid media strategies to enhance on-site visibility and drive sales.
- Develop Annual Plans: Create and execute annual plans to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and value.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Brand and Customer Marketing teams to develop and implement e-commerce-ready content and drive growth initiatives.
- Experience in E-commerce: Proven experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analysis.
- FMCG Experience: Experience working in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of customer relationships, sales, and marketing.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business growth.
- Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and one additional European language is advantageous.
