E-commerce Manager

As a key member of the McCormick & Company, Incorporated team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's e-commerce strategy across EMEA. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive sales and customer-marketing strategy for Amazon, ensuring alignment with the company's broader e-commerce objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with EMEA local teams to develop and implement Amazon Pan-EU Strategy, driving sales growth and customer engagement.
- Forecast and manage in-month and full-year demand fluctuations across EMEA, ensuring accurate inventory management and minimizing stockouts.
- Liaise with customer service to manage day-to-day account activity, including deliveries, product launches, proposition changes, and content.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive category performance and product sell-through, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Develop and execute annual plans to meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and value, working closely with Brand and Customer Marketing teams.
- Assist the eCommerce Lead in designing and delivering cross-functional initiatives to fuel growth, partnering with wider McCormick commercial teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within major FMCG businesses, with a strong track record of cross-functional skills in direct selling, managing, planning, and marketing.
- Prior experience in grocery and/or e-commerce account management is essential, with a strong understanding of retailer dynamics and e-commerce strategies.
- Strategic account planning ability through JBP negotiations, with a strong focus on financial and commercial acumen.
- High level of emotional intelligence, with a 'can-do' attitude and strong team player skills, able to work cross-functionally as part of 'virtual teams.'
- Fluent in English and one additional European language is advantageous.
