Your key responsibilities will include:

* Leading regular project reviews and delegating tasks as needed
* Escalating any unresolved issues to management
* Creating systems for team members to formally request engineering support
* Generating and managing PARs (project justifications) while complying with system requirements
* Collaborating with Maintenance and Planning teams to prevent project-related disruptions to customers
* Ensuring that relevant project information is passed to team members and that they receive the necessary training for successful project implementation
* Managing contractors onsite and ensuring they are fully inducted and comply with Sealed Air's safety and legal policies

**Key Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
* Proven track record of managing small, medium, and large-scale projects from inception to completion

* Experience with Maintenance and Reliability Improvements
* Process Improvement Mindset
