About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Drake's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound shipments, data management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage goods import and export, ensuring compliance with customs procedures and incoterms.
  • Process and create all necessary paperwork for import/export of goods globally.
  • Track all shipments from booking to delivery, providing support to wholesale partners and retail teams as needed.
  • Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly delivery performance reports, including shipments invoiced/dispatched, ready to ship reports, and other shipping reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, with at least 2+ years of experience in a shipping and compliance-related role, preferably in the apparel/footwear industry.
  • Proven experience in import/export logistics, with a strong understanding of customs procedures and incoterms.
  • Working knowledge of HS code classification, international customs regulations, and compliances.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to identify and implement improvements in current systems.
  • Flexible approach to change in a fast-moving environment, with clear communication abilities and strong analytic and critical thinking skills.

Work Environment

This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on managing inbound and outbound orders efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience moving freight via air, sea, and road, and will be able to work effectively across teams at all levels.
