We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team at EK Outreach Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts and ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with our business objectives and ensures a steady flow of high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source top talent and expand our candidate pool.
- Job Description Development: Collaborate with our leadership team to create compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect our company culture and values.
- Interview Process: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordinating, and conducting interviews, to ensure a fair and efficient selection process.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to our leadership team, highlighting key metrics and trends to inform future recruitment strategies.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in IT packages relevant to the role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Competitive Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year.
