Job Title: Electrician

Optima Site Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with solar panel installation and a strong understanding of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and connect solar panels, inverters, and electrical components according to design specifications.
  • Perform electrical wiring, conduit installation, and connection of solar PV systems to existing electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues related to solar panel systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and with electrical equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, including documentation of equipment, materials used, and work performed.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 NVQ Electrical installations
  • 18th Edition
  • 2391 test and inspection
  • Previous experience in solar panel installation or renewable energy projects is preferred.
