We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Hoare Lea, a leading engineering consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will work on a variety of projects across different sectors, including Healthcare, Higher Education, Science & Research, Transport, and Commercial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver electrical engineering designs and solutions for our clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to the development of new and innovative ways of working, with a focus on digital skills and best practices.
  • Support the growth and development of our team, including mentoring and training junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and solutions.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering, with a strong understanding of building services and interdisciplinary design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to lead small projects and tasks, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
