We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our Ilkley team. As a Sales Advisor, you will engage with our guests to showcase our products in a warm and personable manner, ensuring an exceptional experience through excellent product and brand knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and serve our customers with a smile, providing exceptional service during their visit.
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, ice creams, and snacks according to our guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage the till and queue efficiently, processing transactions, refunds, and exchanges while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range, including our manufacturing processes, allergens, and sustainability commitments.
  • Host tasting sessions and product demonstrations to educate and engage our guests.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store and café area, adhering to our health and safety guidelines.
