We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our Senior Management team, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward by delivering HR professional services and ensuring compliance within the People function.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Directors across our offices to achieve successful people and business outcomes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Manage and maintain our ISO9001 certification.
- Oversee payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, directors, and external partners.
- Strong HR background, preferably with CIPD qualification.
- Experience in payroll management and ISO9001 certification.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and impact others.
