Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Primary School Support

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Horsham and surrounding areas. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons to young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons that cater to the needs of students.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help with their learning.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
  • Support the class teacher in organizing educational activities and resources to enhance learning experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with students and colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications or experience working in a similar role, preferably in a primary school setting.
  • Passion for working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).
