About the Role

As a Mortgage and Protection Adviser at AFH Wealth Management, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice on mortgage and protection solutions, ensuring that clients receive tailored guidance to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, professional introductions, and company lead generation programs.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial situations and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized mortgage and protection solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, introducers, and other stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure that all advice and solutions are compliant.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Minimum CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and R05 or equivalent Protection Qualification.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, and professionalism, with the ability to demonstrate a client-centric approach.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mortgage and protection products.
