About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to provide support and advice to clients with their mortgage and protection needs. The ideal candidate will investigate and research suitable options and present suitable solutions and recommendations based on their needs, affordability and eligibility.
The role will be mainly desk based, working from Bromsgrove, where you will utilise video conferencing tools, email and telephone contact with clients. You will guide clients through the buying process, liaising with solicitors and estate agents as well as your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Investigate and research suitable options
- Present suitable solutions and recommendations
- Liaise with solicitors and estate agents
- Develop and maintain good client and introducer relationships
- Capable IT skills and embrace virtual/digital communication
- Ability to network and attract new clients through business development and effective business planning
