Role Overview for the Quality Manager Position:
As the Quality Manager at MWH Treatment, you will play a crucial role in delivering insightful analysis to the Senior Leadership Team regarding the quality of work performed, along with generating comprehensive reports that highlight areas not meeting the expected standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure that products manufactured off-site adhere to the specified design and quality standards by conducting pre-delivery quality assessments and witness testing as outlined in the project plan.
- Raise any concerns and collaborate with project delivery teams to agree on corrective measures.
- Assist the Site Manager in executing specific quality evaluations and witness testing before, during, and after critical on-site operations as indicated in the project plan.
- Guarantee that final operational approval for Safe to Operate is obtained through the early identification and resolution of operability, safety, and quality risks that may hinder project timelines.
- Maintain the m2i rework list, monitor corrective actions, and ensure timely closure. Ensure that data is submitted monthly and that delivery documentation is completed promptly to facilitate project closure.
- Actively and supportively engage under the guidance of the Assurance and Quality Manager to ensure that the Assurance Management System (AMS) remains current and reflective of MWH Treatment's activities, values, and stakeholder requirements.
- Provide support as directed to the Assurance Leads in Impact Planning, Operational Assurance, and Safe to Operate initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Water Quality Compliance Manager as needed, following directives from both them and the Assurance & Quality Manager.
