Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Future Engineering. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and control
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Level 3 HACCP qualification
