Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:
MWH Treatment is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing analysis and creating reports to ensure that our work meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-delivery quality inspections and witness testing to ensure that products meet the required design and standard.
- Evaluate and escalate concerns, and agree on remedial actions with project delivery teams.
- Support the Site Manager in carrying out quality checks and witness testing during critical on-site activities.
- Ensure that final operational approval of Safe to Operate is secured through early identification and resolution of operability, safe to operate, and quality risks.
- Monitor and update the m2i rework list content, and ensure that corrective actions are closed out and data is submitted on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the Assurance and Quality Manager to ensure that the Assurance Management System (AMS) remains current and reflective of @one Alliance activities, values, and stakeholder needs.
- Support the Assurance Leads in Impact Planning, Operational Assurance, and liaison, and Safe to Operate.
- Support the Water Quality Compliance Manager as directed.
